Winch Manuals

The winch is used to spool the Robot in or out along the vertical side of the ship during cleaning. The winch supports both manual and automatic control of the spooling. In automatic mode, you can set the spooling speed to a fixed value.

We recommend to manually control the speed of the winch during deployment and retrieval and use the automatic mode during cleaning.

The slower the winch goes, the more thorough the cleaning is.
